Totally agree with Merlin, we binge watch it once a year as a family. Also agree with your analysis of x files, the early series' were the best, later ones couldn't hold me. Buffy 💕 have recently recommended to my 16yo and she's loving it! I've been on the hunt for xena warrior princess, cos I've been hankering for the adventure and humour. Thanks for the ride down memory lane
i love the idea of rewatching merlin as a family!! it's the perfect show for that. i've heard of xena warrior princess - i'll have to add it to my watchlist 🥰
We watched it as a family, along with a lot of UK stuff (absolutely fabulous, vicar of dibley, Jonathan creek) during lockdown, and the kids loved them, especially Merlin. Merlin was the show that we started to watch over again once it finished. And then once more. It doesn't get tired, and you pick up little things you missed. Actually have it on vhs and DVD cos of how much I loved it when it was Saturday night viewing on the bbc
Black books 🤣🤣🤣 omg so funny lockdown was my first time watching it. Red dwarf was also introduced to my kids at the same time. We had a lot of time on our hands and I wasn't going to do housework!!
i think i’m in love with you! thank you for mentioning my article on rory gilmore and for recommending my favorite shows of all time, buffy and the x files which are so underrated

Merlin got taken down from Netflix before I could finish it. Your post helped me remember this. So I know what I'm watching this autumn😆
it's such a good show!!! sad day for netflix though, i have no idea where to watch it now 🥲💐
I found it available on Disney+ in UK only
I'll have to engage my VPN
